  • Kelli Smith

    Executive Director

Let's keep this simple and to the point.  Kelli runs the church y'all!

  • Amber Hargett

    Worship Director

Amber has a passion for serving God through music as both worship leader and as a singer-songwriter. She loves creating a corporate worship environment that invites the Holy Spirit to move freely, giving everyone an opportunity to experience God's presence through song and prayer. While the team strives to make great music together, you won't find an enormous concert-quality production each week. The Onelove worship style is intentionally simple, authentic, and above all designed to bring attention and glory to Christ our King.

  • Emily Blaine

    Student Ministry Director

Emily and her husband, Sam, married in 2010 and currently reside in Tipp City with their two children, Ruby and Clark. Emily is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor degree in Middle Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Education, respectively. After spending seven years as the Children's Director, Emily felt God calling her to teach our youth. She was saved in high school after being invited to a friend's youth group and hopes to provide the same culture and connection for today's youth.
